1. Who the Offer Is For

This free support offer is available to clients who purchase or switch their QuickBooks licence to QuickWorks.ie.

While we aim to help as many businesses as possible, QuickWorks.ie reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this offer at any time, at our discretion.

2. How Long the Support Lasts

The free support runs for six (6) months from the date your QuickBooks licence is purchased or transferred to QuickWorks.ie.

After this period, you’re very welcome to continue with one of our paid support options.

3. What’s Included

This offer provides our Essentials Level QuickBooks Support, which is designed to help you get answers when you need them.

Support includes:

  • General QuickBooks questions

  • Help understanding features and workflows

  • Guidance on day-to-day use of QuickBooks

There’s no fixed limit on the number of queries, provided support is used reasonably and in good faith.

4. Response Times

We aim to respond to all support queries within five (5) working days, and often much sooner where possible.

This support level does not guarantee immediate or same-day responses.

5. Support Hours

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.

Messages received outside these hours will be dealt with on the next working day.

7. Licence Discount

Clients availing of this offer will continue to receive 15% off their QuickBooks licence for as long as the licence remains with QuickWorks.ie, subject to Intuit’s pricing and terms.

8. Fair & Respectful Use

We’re here to help, and we ask that all interactions remain professional and respectful.

If a client becomes abusive, aggressive, or consistently uncooperative, QuickWorks.ie reserves the right to withdraw support immediately.

9. Changes to the Offer

QuickWorks.ie may update or withdraw this offer and its terms at any time.

If I switch my QuickBooks licence to QuickWorks.ie, do I lose control of my data?

No :  you always remain in full control of your data.

Switching your licence simply means that your QuickBooks subscription is managed through QuickWorks.ie. This gives us better visibility within QuickBooks, which allows us to troubleshoot issues and provide more effective support when you contact us.

Your data remains yours at all times.

Doesn’t QuickBooks already provide support?

Yes, QuickBooks does provide support, but it is limited and not Ireland-based.

Support through QuickWorks.ie is different. Your queries are handled by qualified accountants based in Ireland, who:

  • Work with QuickBooks every day

  • Understand Irish VAT, payroll, and business realities

  • Are QuickBooks Certified

That means you’re getting practical, real-world support from people who understand both the software and how Irish businesses actually use it.

What kind of support is included in the free six months?

You receive our Essentials Level QuickBooks Support, which covers general questions, guidance on features, and help with day-to-day use of QuickBooks : all delivered by email.
