• Be on time. We’ll wait five minutes if you’re running late, but no longer.

• Stick to your slot. If you miss or reschedule a session, the fee is €300, for the three sessions and you pay for all three.

So, show up and it’s free. Miss one, postone one, reschedule one and it’s the Ryanair treatment.
