Switching your QuickBooks Online license to QuickWorks Online is a simple two-step process.
This allows us to manage your subscription and pass on exclusive 15% savings, without
becoming your official business accountant.
Add Us as Your Accountant User
Adding us as an “accountant” user gives us the necessary permissions within QuickBooks to help manage your license and deliver better value.
Note: This does not mean we act as your business accountant—it’s simply a QuickBooks role for managing licenses.
To add us:
1 Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2 Click the cog icon in the top-right corner.
3 Select Manage Users.
4 Under the Accounting Firms section, invite: [email protected]
Transfer the License
1 Go back to QuickBooks and click the cog icon again.
2 Select Dues and Subscriptions.
3 Then, select Allow Transfer to Your Accountant.
After we accept the transfer, your license will be securely moved to QuickWorks.
Provide Your IBAN for Direct Debit Setup
Click the Secure GoCardless link below to add your business IBAN for future direct debit purposes:

Once this is submitted, we’ll accept the accountant invite within 24 hours.
